The Office Trivia at Uptown Brewing @ Uptown Brewing Company
Nov 27 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Take a break from being The World’s Best Boss, your classes at art school, or beet farming to prove you know the most about the Dunder Mifflin family. Prizes will be awarded in lieu of Dundees, and you don’t want to be left empty handed… that’s what she said!

Please get tickets (free) via the link below to guarantee your team gets to play! Space is limited.

https://theofficeubc112718.eventbrite.com

The best way to get tickets is by selecting a team captain and having them be in charge of tickets for ALL team members.

For example, if Pam, Jim, Michael and Todd Packer are a team and Todd gets put in charge, he will then reserve tickets for himself, Pam, Jim and Michael = (4) in total.

We will send a confirmation email to everyone closer to the event.

Holiday Open House: Appalachian Mountain Christmas! @ Museum of the Albemarle
Dec 1 @ 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

Experience Christmas in the Appalachian Mountains during World War I through the heartwarming holiday story of a little girl and her family — a story Gloria Houston, author of ‘The Year of the Perfect Christmas Tree’, learned from her mother and grandmother. In addition, view the Albemarle Express train as it travels the region, and hear performances by Music off Main. You can also make an early 20th century ornament and enjoy carriage and pony rides.

‘The Polar Express’ (2004; MPAA rating: G; run time: 100 mins.) will be shown in our auditorium at 10:15 am, 12:15 pm, and 2:15 pm, and Santa will stop by at 1:30 pm to make sure he has your wish list!

With the museum decorated for the holidays, bring your camera for photo ops, too! And each guest will receive a keepsake bell ornament.

Our holiday open house, and all activities, are free and open to all!
